Once on board, our team members are paid very competitively, and we collect feedback regularly from clients to ensure quality and reliability in every home.
+ What can I expect from my appointments?
Your friendly housekeeper will shine up all interior spaces: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. This includes dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
You can also add on items like laundry, dishwashing, inside fridge, inside oven, inside cabinets, and detailed blinds & windows. Have special requests or certain areas you'd like to focus on, or avoid? No problem! We customize your appointments to make sure your place looks just the way you want it!
+ Do I need to be home for the appointment?
No. Many customers choose to have their homes serviced while they are at work. Simply provide instructions for key access to your home via your building's concierge, or a lockbox. If you do not have a lockbox, you may request one from CleanClub for $40.
+ When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will only be charged after your first appointment, and billed monthly thereafter through our secure system.
